 To be eligible for a return of a new item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in unused condition to ensure full credit.

To initiate a return, please contact us at (434)284-6555 or email at sales@24hrpowerva.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above policies.
